Thoughtful work.
Strong service.

Ash & Acre is built around careful work, attention to detail, and a simple goal: keep finding better ways to serve the people and businesses we work with.

PARTNERSHIP WITH PURPOSE

WHO WE ARE

Do the work well.
Serve people well.

We value clarity, sound process, and making each step easier to understand. That means paying attention to the details without losing sight of the person or business behind them.

We work alongside landowners, growers, agronomists, insurance professionals, CPAs, and tax counsel—bringing the right expertise into the conversation when it matters.

OUR VALUES

Four words that
shape the work.

01

Transparency

Keep the assumptions, sources, and limitations visible so clients can understand how the work comes together.

02

Accuracy

Do the work carefully and let the evidence—not a target number—drive the result.

03

Stewardship

Treat the facts, the land, and the decisions clients make from the work with care.

04

Partnership

Work alongside the professionals and people already serving the client rather than trying to replace them.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Built around
better service.

Ash & Acre was built around a simple idea: do thoughtful work, pay attention to the details, and keep looking for ways to better serve the people we work with.

We have tremendous respect for the people who make their living from the land—farmers, growers, nurseries, and the many businesses that keep agriculture and horticulture moving. Their work feeds people, grows the plants and landscapes around us, and supports communities.

Our job isn’t to tell them how to do their work. It’s to be excellent at ours. We bring careful analysis, attentive service, and a genuine desire to help clients keep more resources in their businesses—so more of what they’ve built can keep working for them.

GROW WITH ASH & ACRE

Connected to agriculture or horticulture?
Help us serve the people who grow it.

We are building a network of trusted partners who care about agricultural and horticultural communities and want to connect farmers, growers, nurseries, and landowners with thoughtful opportunities they may not know exist.

You do not have to be a tax expert. We bring the analytical process and work alongside agronomists, CPAs, and tax counsel. We are looking for people who bring trusted relationships, curiosity, integrity, and a genuine desire to help agricultural families and businesses keep more resources working in their operations when the facts support it.

I’m Interested in Partnering
01

Ag Lenders

Agricultural bankers, lending teams, and relationship managers who already understand the land, the operation, and the people behind it.

02

Insurance Professionals

Farm and ranch insurance agencies, independent agents, and professionals who have earned the trust of agricultural clients.

03

Ag + Horticulture Connectors

People with meaningful relationships across farming, growing, nurseries, horticulture, and allied businesses who want to help others discover opportunities they may not know exist.
